Contract M&A Attorney

We are seeking outstanding attorneys with:

• Am Law 100 experience
• At least two years of sophisticated corporate transactional experience
• A J.D.

from a top-tier law school with a strong academic record

• Strong ethical standards and a client-first orientation
• Admission in good standing in at least one U.S.

jurisdiction

• This is a remote contract position.
• Compensation is competitive and based on experience.

The firm's expected hiring range for this position is $100 - $175 per hour, depending on a candidate's experience and background.
