In this SAP-focused transformation role, you drive large, complex technology programs and show clients how SAP unlocks business value. You work across streams, manage scope and risk, and lead cross-functional teams to deliver transformation outcomes. You’ll partner with sponsors and on/offshore resources to ensure quality and profitability while tailoring methods to client needs. • Manage delivery of large, complex technology projects using appropriate frameworks
• Kick-start transformation programs, domain- or platform-led
• Demonstrate SAP capabilities to solve client business problems
• Lead and participate in cross-functional workstreams and client interactions
• Oversee workstream activities and ensure service quality and profitability
• Coordinate across technical, reporting, data conversion, change management, and project management streams
• Improve methods and tools to meet client needs
• Document requirements, solutions, impacts, and final decisions
• Travel as required by business needs

Key requirements

• Minimum 8 years of Experience with Employee Central Payroll
• Minimum 4 years in SAP transformation, technical advisory or consulting (or 8 years equivalent experience) xklufbp
• Experience with at least 2 full life-cycle SAP Payroll Cloud implementations
• Minimum 2 years as Project/Large Workstream/Client Lead on a large SAP transformation project with on/off-shore resources
• Certified in Employee Central Payroll applications and Payroll module
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience
