We are seeking a Full-Time Litigation Paralegal to support our New York, New Jersey, and Pennsylvania caseload.
A minimum of 8 years of litigation experience in personal injury is required.
PERSONAL INJURY8+yearsexperience
Forwarding Complaints to process servers and monitoring service of process
Calendaring and Noticing Depositions and Leaves of Absence
Drafting and Filing Standard Motions and Motion Responses
Calendaring litigation timelines
Conducting status update calls with clients
Sending out and following up on non-party discovery requests
Assist in trial preparation
Experience with Philadelphia Court of Common Pleas practice and PACFile e-filing preferred; Philadelphia Complex Litigation Center experience a strong plus.
