Apply your M&A and corporate law expertise to help train next-generation AI systems through high-quality analysis, legal reasoning, and real-world transaction insights. This remote contract role is designed for attorneys with experience at leading U.S. law firms; prior AI experience is not required.

• Analyze and annotate complex M&A and corporate law scenarios for AI training.
• Conduct legal research on M&A, private equity transactions, and related litigation matters.
• Review, comment on, and refine datasets for legal accuracy and real-world relevance.
• Provide written feedback on legal reasoning, transaction structures, and deal documentation.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to clarify legal nuances and contextualize materials.
• Participate in remote project discussions and iterative quality-assurance work.
• Support development of evaluation rubrics and best practices when requested.

• Juris Doctor from an accredited U.S. law school and active U.S. bar admission.
• Experience practicing M&A law at an Am Law 100 or other leading U.S. law firm.
• Extensive experience with M&A transactions, private equity, and corporate advisory work.
• Strong corporate or transactional litigation exposure.
• Experience with legal research, drafting, and reviewing transaction documents.
• Ability to explain complex legal concepts clearly, collaborate across disciplines, and deliver meticulous work.
• Comfort using remote collaboration tools.

Remote contract engagement.

• $140 to $400 per hour.
