HR Assistant, Recruiter

Come be part of Lucky’s Team! We are a growing Dog Treat manufacturer and E-commerce company located in Norcross with an immediate need for a full or part time Human Resources Assistant.

• BI-LINGUAL SPANISH / ENGLISH REQUIRED THIS IS MUST - PLEASE DO NOT APPLY IF YOU ARE NOT BI-LINGUAL
• $17.00 to $20.00 per hour

• Recruit for manufacturing, warehouse, and office employees.
• Onboarding and offboarding.
• Assist with developing programs, policies and practices to maintain the company’s compliance with all federal, state and local employment-related regulatory requirements including GMP, OSHA, FDA, Licensing, etc.
• Responsible for HR employment compliance processes including, but not limited to, administration of I-9, monitoring background check process, employment verification, and unemployment claims.
• Responsible for keeping applicable files both paper and electronic.
• Responsible for assisting with safety policies.
• Responsible for processing payroll.
• Responsible for employee relations.

• 3-5 years related work experience and/or education.
• Strong recruiting skills

• BI-LINGUAL SPANISH / ENGLISH REQUIRED
• Working knowledge of employment laws including, but not limited to the DOL, FLSA, ADA, and EEOC
• Working knowledge of regulatory agency standards including but not limited to FDA, OSHA, GMP, Licensing Requirements, etc.
• Broad knowledge of HR as it relates to leave management and attendance, hiring and recruitment, discipline, labor relations and compliance
• Ability to organize, prioritizes daily work, and maintains strict confidentiality
• Working knowledge of HRIS systems, ATS systems, MS Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Experience in HR and Recruiting in manufacturing and/or warehouse environment required
