In this role you lead a high-volume talent acquisition team in the greater Atlanta area, shaping company-wide hiring strategies to support rapid growth. You partner with senior leaders and external vendors to build strong candidate pipelines and improve speed and quality of hires. The position emphasizes coaching, KPI-driven performance, and cross-functional collaboration to meet aggressive headcount goals. • Lead and develop a high-volume team of 15+ TA Partners
• Set and track performance metrics and KPIs
• Conduct regular 1-on-1s to unblock hiring hurdles
• Balance workloads across business units
• Coach on advanced sourcing techniques
• Design and execute company-wide hiring strategies
• Scale recruitment processes to support growth
• Oversee external sourcing vendors and third-party partnerships
• Forecast workforce needs with senior leaders
• Improve speed and quality of hires, create diverse pipelines
• Manage budget for job boards and agency spend
• Enhance employer branding across social channels
• Analyze recruitment data and present metrics to executives
• Ensure legal compliance with local employment laws

Key requirements

• 5+ years in Talent Acquisition, 3+ years xklufbp managing teams
• Proven leadership and ability to coach recruitment teams
• Strategic problem solving to align staffing with growth
• Comfort with high-volume recruitment and fast-paced environments
• Experience leading through organizational change
• Data analysis and multi-level stakeholder management
• HR Certification: SHRM-CP or PHR, preferred
