• Act as subject matter expert across aerospace vehicle systems.
• Collaborate with design, quality, supply chain, EH&S, and production operations.
• Provide producibility inputs to optimize engineering requirements and reduce build complexity.
• Develop 3D manufacturing simulations (clash detection, task sequencing, assembly efficiency).
• Review designs for manufacturability and provide cost/performance improvement feedback.
• Create Manufacturing Engineering Statement of Work requirements.
• Full-time onsite role, with occasional travel, extended hours, or weekend support.

• Ability to obtain secret clearance
• 8+ years supporting aerospace vehicle systems in production environments.
• 8+ years in production operations and/or engineering.
• 5+ years CAD experience (CATIA V4/5, 3DX preferred).
• Experience in manufacturing engineering roles supporting program startups and production.
• Must be a U.S. Citizen (as defined by ITAR).

• A&P Certificate.
• Project management experience.
• Confluence/JIRA familiarity.
• Root Cause & Corrective Action, FMEA experience.
• Proven ability to set up production work cells and facility layouts.
• Strong problem-solving and collaboration skills.
• Ability to present technical info clearly to diverse audiences.
• Active DoD Clearance (within last 5 years) and eligibility for special program access.
