We're hiring a hands-on Senior Process Engineer with plastics extrusion or injection molding experience for our packaging plant.

Must-Haves

• 7+ years of process engineering in manufacturing preferred
• Plastics extrusion or injection molding experience
• Equipment troubleshooting on the production floor
• Root cause analysis and continuous improvement

• Support plastics production equipment and processes
• Improve cycle times, OEE, and material yield
• Reduce scrap and process variability
• Support tooling changes and new product launches
• Write process documentation and train staff

Nice-to-Haves

• Thermoforming
• SPC, DOE, or FMEA
• Engineering degree
