Opportunities for leadership and program development
Monthly trainings with the clinic director
Current BCBA certification and at least 1 year of home-based ABA experience
Implement data collections systems that work for you and your families
Organize, review, and maintain data collection for program development on Central Reach (training available if needed)
Develop behavior plans and programs to reduce problem behaviors and teach functional skills to children of various ages and skill sets
Work collaboratively and effectively with clinicians, office staff, families and directors
Supervise ongoing ABA programs, assess performance of programs and adjust as necessary
