SERVPRO of Buckeye is hiring an experienced Restoration Crew Supervisor to lead jobs in the West Valley (Buckeye, Goodyear, Litchfield Park, Surprise, Sun City and surrounding areas). This is a hands-on field position, not a desk job. You'll be on job sites every day running water, mold, fire and storm jobs and working alongside your crew.
$24–$26 per hour , based on experience and certifications

Lead a crew of restoration technicians on water, mold, fire and storm jobs
Set up drying equipment, take moisture readings and make sure the job is done right
Do the physical work alongside your crew – demo, extraction, cleaning and equipment setup
Be the face of SERVPRO® on site – walk homeowners through the process and keep them informed
Document each job with photos, readings and notes so the file is complete
Keep the office and project manager updated on job progress
Keep your crew safe and follow OSHA guidelines
Train and coach newer technicians
Take your turn in the after-hours emergency rotation
2+ years of restoration, cleaning, or construction experience
IICRC WRT certification required
Valid driver's license and an acceptable driving record
Reliable, organized, and good with customers
Able to lift 50 lbs regularly (up to 100 lbs with help), climb ladders, and work in attics and crawl spaces
Able to work outdoors and on job sites in Arizona heat
Comfortable working around cleaning agents
High school diploma/GED preferred
