No two days are the same, but here is what you can expect to do on the job:
Learn the trade: Get hands-on training with modern restoration equipment and industry best practices.
Help clean up: Handle everyday tasks like demolition, extracting water, cleaning up fire debris, and mold remediation.
Prep the job site: Get sites ready for cleanup, set up equipment, and keep work areas organized.
Maintain the gear: Keep work trucks stocked, clean, and ready to head out to a job.
Work safely: Follow basic safety rules to keep yourself and your teammates safe.
Finish the job: Leave work sites clean, tidy, and ready for the next steps.
Be a team player: Show up on time, communicate clearly with your crew, and bring a good attitude.
Great Pay: $18.00 - $21.00/hour to start, plus plenty of opportunities for overtime pay.

Flexibility: We’re a 24/7 emergency service, so you’ll need to be part of a rotating on-call schedule, including weekends and holidays, and help with large-loss and storm recovery efforts, including local and overnight travel when needed.
This is a physical, active job. You will be moving all day and need to be comfortable with:
Lifting up to 50 lbs frequently.
Walking, climbing, bending, kneeling, and handling heavy equipment.
Working in tight spaces (like crawlspaces) or high places.
Working around water, fire debris, dust, and standard cleaning solutions.
You must be capable of working in water and/or fire damage environment.
