Qualifications & Experience

Proven Management Experience: Demonstrated success building, leading, and motivating a team in a fast-paced environment.

Restoration Expertise: Deep knowledge of the restoration industry, with hands-on experience managing mitigation, contents, and environmental cleaning projects.

Elite Soft Skills: Exceptional interpersonal skills, strong emotional intelligence, and a proven track record of resolving conflicts under pressure.

Estimating Software: Proficiency in Xactimate and Symbility estimating software.

Core Competencies: Advanced critical thinking, critical problem-solving skills, and expert-level organization. Strong competency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Communication: Succinct, professional, and empathetic verbal and written communication.

Benefits & Compensation
