As a Mold Remediation Technician , you’ll be part of a team responding to mold, water and property damage jobs in homes and businesses. You’ll help restore properties, support customers during stressful situations, and keep our equipment and job sites clean and professional.
No two days are the same - this is hands-on, active work with room to grow.
Perform mold and water restoration and cleanup work on residential and commercial jobs
Set up and maintain containment barriers, negative air machines, air scrubbers, and other remediation equipmen
Clean, HEPA vacuum, treat, and detail affected areas as directed
Document job activity, moisture readings, drying progress, and equipment usage throughout each project
Keep job sites clean, safe, and professional
Maintain company vehicles, tools, and equipment
Communicate clearly with your supervisor, office staff, and teammates
Follow safety procedures, uniforms, and company standards
Treat customers with respect and empathy during difficult situations
Strong work ethic, reliability, and willingness to learn
Comfortable with physical labor in real-world environments (heat, humidity, tight spaces), lifting 50+ lbs and being on your feet most of the day
Calm, respectful presence in customer homes and commercial sites
Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record
Available for on-call and occasional weekend work
No prior restoration experience? We still want to hear from you! Entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply and may be considered for a Restoration Technician Assistant role.
$24-$26/hr (based on experience)

Total earning potential: $55,000-$85,000/year
