Building Automation Dispatcher (Night & Weekend Shifts)

We're looking for a detail-oriented Building Automation Dispatcher to join our after-hours operations team. This position plays a key role in coordinating responses to building system events, communicating with customers, and ensuring facilities receive timely support when issues arise.

Monitor incoming building automation notifications and service requests.

Evaluate system-generated events and determine the appropriate course of action.

Dispatch technicians, contractors, or support personnel based on established procedures.

Serve as the primary point of contact for customers during non-business hours.

Coordinate communication between customers, field teams, and internal staff.

Assist with remote troubleshooting and information gathering when needed.

Maintain accurate records of incidents, customer interactions, and response activities.

Escalate critical situations to designated personnel according to company guidelines.

Support operational continuity during evenings, weekends, and holiday periods.
