Lightspeed Restoration helps Austin-area homeowners and businesses recover from mold, water, and fire damage. Our goal is to be the best, not the biggest. We’d rather do one job right than three jobs fast. That standard starts with the people we hire, and we invest in them for the long haul.
We’re not hiring someone to fill a slot. We’re looking for someone to build a career with us.
You take pride in your work. You notice the corner someone else missed, and it bothers you to leave a job less than right.
You work hard, every day. Restoration is physical, sometimes hot and messy, and you show up ready for it anyway.
You’re detail-oriented. In mold remediation, a gap in containment or a skipped wipe-down isn’t a small mistake, so you follow procedures exactly.
You want to grow. You’re looking for a long-term career, not a short-term job, and you want to keep learning and moving up.
If that sounds like you, we’ll teach you the rest. Restoration experience is a plus, but it’s not required.
