We are hiring for an Electrical Service Manager out of Jonesboro, GA location! This position requires someone with the knowledge and skill to successfully run and improve a residential electrical service department.

Ideal candidates should:

Have significant residential electrical service experience, excellent troubleshooting and training abilities, and a good understanding of the residential electrical service, sales, and install process.

Be able to run a service department and handle management-level responsibilities, including recruiting, training, coaching, and instructing electrical service technicians.

Be comfortable fielding technical phone calls, as well as handling difficult situations and demanding customers.

Be confident riding along and training new technicians.

Be able and willing to teach technicians how to repair and service electrical systems, as well as train on customer service and sales.

Be comfortable and confident operating a first-class electrical service department within an established business.

This position is well suited for a senior technician or manager with strong technical abilities and good management skills who lives in or near the Jonesboro area.

Excellent knowledge of electrical service and excellent troubleshooting skills.

Significant experience in RESIDENTIAL ELECTRICAL SERVICE. Management experience is not required but is strongly preferred.

Live within 25 miles of Jonesboro, GA.

Drug-free with a clean background and driving record.

Be flexible, growth orientated and work well with others.

Be excited and passionate about Electrical.

Be willing to work Saturdays and off-hours as needed.

Be willing to train and hire new team members.

Be willing to multi-task and transition between field and office responsibilities.

Be willing to attend training and classes.
