The position of a Production Coordinator consists of many responsibilities such as:
Field calls from customers and team members
Intake and enter new loss information into our system
Assist with compliance documentation
Assist with ensuring job deadlines are being met
Assist with selections, material sourcing, and tracking
Communicate daily with customers, clients, and project managers; soliciting feedback and making sure projects are going well
Prepare spreadsheets for meetings and following up on job tasks discussed in the meetings
Ensuring requests from carrier partners are being responded to in a timely manner; serving as a liaison between the customer, the insurance carrier, and Paul Davis
Work as a team to achieve exceptional customer service
The ideal Production Coordinator is:
Detail-oriented
Hardworking, reliable, organized
Able to learn quickly and work independently
Excellent at oral and written communication
High School Diploma or equivalent
Experience in customer service and/or office administration preferred but not required
Clean background check
