Senior Learning & Development Program Manager

In this role you will own and scale global learning programs, partnering with stakeholders to deliver end-to-end, impactful experiences. You’ll combine instructional design with AI-enabled tooling to accelerate content, while ensuring governance, adoption, and measurable business impact. You will operate in a fast-paced, collaborative environment to drive learning transformation at scale and support Okta’s mission to secure every identity.

• Own and scale complex, high-visibility learning programs end-to-end
• Design engaging in-person, blended, virtual, and self-paced experiences
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align global L&D principles and learner experience
• Launch, maintain, and scale learning experiences and promote participant engagement
• Use internal and external research and stakeholder partnerships to inform initiatives; leverage AI tools for faster content design and scaling
• Plan, run, and document operational components and governance for programs
• Develop and execute program marketing and change-management plans
• Ensure curriculum components are complete and properly deployed
• Schedule and facilitate learning sessions across modalities and cohorts
• Maintain program marketing plans and governance, and manage budgets and resources
• Analyze program data, report to leadership, and identify investment opportunities
• Evaluate and improve the learning tech stack (LMS, authoring tools, AI-enabled tools) and share best practices
