Accounting Assistant (Part-Time → Future Controller)
📍 King Computer | Norcross, GA
💲 $28/hour | 20–30 hrs/week (Mon/Wed/Fri required)
We’re hiring a part-time Accounting Assistant who wants to grow into a full-time Controller role within 2–3 years.
This is not just a bookkeeping role—you’ll be trained across all core accounting functions and gradually take ownership of the company’s financial operations.
What You’ll Do
- Perform all Accounts Payable & Receivable duties
- Process invoices, payments, and employee expense reports
- Handle credit card transactions & vendor bills
- Perform bank and account reconciliations
- Monitor daily cash activity and bank balances
- Assist with monthly P&L and Balance Sheet
- Manage sales tax, commissions, and reporting
- Clean up open items and improve accounting processes
What We’re Looking For
- 1–3+ years of accounting or bookkeeping experience
- Experience with AP/AR and reconciliations
- QuickBooks (or similar) experience preferred
- Detail-oriented, reliable, and self-directed
- Interested in long-term growth into full-time Controller role

Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or a related field of study
