Key Responsibilities Develop and execute the global talent strategy aligned with business objectives Lead talent acquisition and ensure efficient recruiting processes Design and implement leadership development and succession planning programs Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field, or comparable experience 10+ years of experience in HR with a focus on talent management Proven experience in building and leading talent acquisition and development strategies Strong understanding of succession planning and workforce planning Experience using HR analytics for data-driven decision making
