Managing a portfolio of tribal clients, the full-time Associate Director - Native American Finance will oversee the origination, monitoring, and renewal of complex financing solutions while working remotely.
Originate, analyze, structure, and execute commercial loan transactions in compliance with credit and regulatory requirements Deepen and retain customer relationships by evaluating and mitigating business risks and opportunities Manage credit quality and portfolio risks while collaborating with internal partners for effective portfolio administration
Bachelor's Degree 5 or more years of Commercial or Corporate Banking Portfolio Management experience, including underwriting Experience in negotiating, structuring, and closing complex commercial loan transactions Knowledge of Native American Financial Services, Government, Commercial Gaming, Healthcare, and/or General Non-Profit lending Legal documentation experience
