Senior Principal Business Operations Analyst - Executive Reporting and Analysis

In this role, you will partner with senior leadership to provide critical analyses that guide operational execution, enhance customer profitability, inform investment strategies, and contribute to long-term growth. • Design and maintain executive dashboards, KPIs, and scorecards that are essential for monitoring business performance across AI & Strategic Customer Operations.
• Analyze extensive datasets to uncover trends, risks, and opportunities, leading to actionable insights.
• Create and automate reporting processes to boost efficiency and scalability.

• Conduct in-depth analyses of customer profitability, revenue patterns, cloud consumption, margins, and costs.
• Identify growth opportunities by optimizing resource utilization and improving customer economics.
• Work collaboratively with various Oracle teams to align strategic objectives and support enterprise initiatives.
• Collaborate with Sales, Finance, Capacity Planning, and Customer Success teams to evaluate investments and strategic opportunities.
• Translate analytical findings into concise, impactful recommendations for executive stakeholders.

• 8+ years in business operations, finance, consulting, analytics, or related fields.
• Proven expertise in creating executive-level reports, KPIs, and metrics.
• Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to distill complex datasets into clear insights.
• Strong experience in financial modeling, P&L analysis, and developing business cases.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and proven experience in developing executive presentations.
• Excellent organizational skills allowing for effective multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
• Proven track record of leading cross-functional strategic projects from inception to completion.
• Ability to influence senior leadership through compelling data-driven insights.

• Experience in cloud technology, SaaS, or enterprise software sectors.
• Knowledge of cloud products, consumption-based business models, and capacity planning.
• Experience in preparing executive business reviews, including Monthly and Quarterly Business Reviews.
