Focused on executing strategies for growth and operational excellence, the full-time remote Product Strategy Analyst will manage product and operational initiatives, support capability launches, and analyze trends to inform future priorities. Key responsibilities Execute ad product and operational initiatives to support DG Media Network's growth and effectiveness Monitor and report on operational routines to ensure consistent performance across teams Support the management of the product and capabilities roadmap by gathering requirements and maintaining visibility into timelines Required qualifications Bachelor's degree required; coursework in business, marketing, analytics, operations, or a related field preferred 2 years of relevant experience in product operations, business operations, marketing, or a related role Foundational understanding of digital media, retail media networks, and advertising technology Experience supporting cross-functional initiatives in a structured, fast-paced environment Proficient in Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
