We are a mission-driven organization dedicated to providing individualized care services to people with developmental disabilities. Founded in 2019, our non-profit organization focuses on clinical optimization, behavioral health research, healthcare innovations, professional education, and serving individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities.

We are excited to invite applications for the role of Chief Financial and Strategic Officer (CFSO). This position seeks a modern, dynamic leader who is not just a traditional CFO but a strategic operator and generalist capable of architecting a robust financial and operational framework. The successful candidate will ensure that data and insights are accessible while driving alignment across various teams.

The CFSO will play a pivotal role in partnering with the executive team and board of directors to shape the future of our organization. This role transcends finance to lead an integrated portfolio across critical functions, emphasizing initiatives that promote equity and access in our services.
