Florida Licensed Fractional Controller

Providing part-time financial leadership, the Florida Licensed Fractional Controller will oversee financial processes, strengthen controls, and drive improvements while working remotely for approximately 10 hours per week. Key responsibilities Review and enhance financial processes and internal controls Partner with leadership to ensure financial accuracy and operational efficiency Mentor and develop accounting staff to improve team performance Required qualifications Active CPA license strongly preferred Minimum of 10 years of progressive accounting and finance experience Prior experience in a senior financial leadership role such as Controller or CFO Strong knowledge of financial statement preparation and month-end close processes Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including financial modeling and data analysis
