The company is seeking a dynamic Vice President of Portfolio M&A to spearhead and execute M&A transactions for its portfolio companies. This key position carries responsibility for every facet of the M&A process, including deal sourcing, negotiation, and integration. We are looking for candidates with a minimum of 10 years of experience in a high-velocity M&A environment, with a strong emphasis on proprietary sourcing.
This role also involves strategically developing and scaling an M&A execution team, making experience in this area highly valued. The successful candidate will be a seasoned M&A professional with a proven record in leading and executing complex transactions. In addition to technical expertise, the ideal applicant should be a strategic thinker, an inspiring leader, and possess excellent communication skills.
A background in consumer and business services is advantageous, along with an extensive network of industry contacts that can be utilized for effective deal sourcing.
