About the Role The company is looking for an experienced Vice President of Operations to spearhead growth and integration strategies. In this critical executive role, you will oversee the overall performance of a multi-state region, focusing on financial outcomes, operational leadership, talent development, and business expansion. The Vice President will drive operational strategy and execution across various locations, manage the regional P&L, and facilitate growth through operational enhancements, acquisitions, and integration efforts. Additionally, this position entails leading a team of senior directors and operational leaders, crafting annual business plans, and ensuring robust relationships with clients, partners, and industry stakeholders. Key Responsibilities

• Lead a team of directors, general managers, and operational leaders to maximize effectiveness.
• Monitor crucial financial metrics and operational KPIs continuously.
• Promote a culture of safety while ensuring compliance with both company standards and regulatory requirements.
• Build and develop high-performing leadership teams.
• Support workforce development initiatives and succession planning.
• Collaborate with executive leadership to implement company-wide initiatives.
• Identify opportunities for operational improvements, process enhancements, and system efficiencies. Qualifications The ideal candidate will possess a proven track record in an executive role, with substantial experience in multi-site operations, acquisition integration, and scaling operations.
