Senior FP&A Manager (Solon) - Up to $170K plus 30% bonus

Very reputable manufacturing company located in Solon is looking for a Senior FP&A Manager for an immediate need. Position pays between $140,000 - $170,000 with a 30% bonus and excellent benefits. This is a highly visible role with excellent upward mobility.

1. Financial/Strategic Planning

• P&L, BS, CF long and short term planning processes
• Lead closing process to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting
• Lead the development of annual operating plans & 5 year strategic plan
• Help to drive improvement in reporting of results to senior leadership team

2. Profitability Analysis

• Conduct business/profitability analysis and assessment of decisions on financial and business results

3. Responsible for the consolidation of all the reporting departments within US operations

4. Conduct data analytics and reporting

• Build and maintain KPI metrics
• Report findings to executive leadership and board

5. Provide valuation, due diligence and integration support for business development activities

6. Requires coordination and interaction with internal & external audits

7. Must have high level of systems capabilities:

• SAP, Oracle or other large ERP system
• Excel
• Power BI
• BPC, HFM or other Financial Consolidation tools
• PowerPoint

• Manufacturing/cost experience is a MUST
• Undergraduate degree in Accounting, Finance or Business Administration
• CPA or MBA preferred
• 8+ years of accounting and corporate FP&A experience (with increasing level of responsibility)
• Experience with a publicly traded company highly desired
• Strong financial modeling & organization skills
• Effective written and verbal communication skills
• Strong business acumen, analytical skills, and problem solving skills
• Business partnering
• Demonstrated internal control experience
