Providing high-level customer service to retired participants, the part-time Call Center Benefits Representative will assist with routine inquiries, process defined benefit transactions, and ensure accuracy within service level agreements while working remotely.
Assist retirees with routine inquiries and process defined benefit transactions Document requests and inquiries in the internal case management system, including creating workflows for internal research requests Learn technical rules for client benefit plans and follow call center guidelines in daily operations
High School diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree preferred Previous call center experience preferred Working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite of products Resourceful and eager to learn new concepts and further professional development Ability to work in a team environment
