Managing a high volume of inbound and outbound calls, the full-time remote Call Center Representative - PR will provide exceptional customer service, schedule appointments, and assist patients and their families with accurate information regarding healthcare services.
Handle incoming and outgoing calls efficiently while maintaining professionalism Schedule patient appointments using the electronic medical record (EMR) system Respond to patient inquiries regarding services, billing, and appointment availability
Associate degree preferred or equivalent relevant call center experience Bilingual in Spanish, Russian, Chinese, Bengali, or Korean required 1-2 years of experience in customer service or related fields Able to pass a typing test with a minimum of 40 WPM Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
