Montana Licensed Customer Service Representative

Providing effective customer service to patients and internal departments, the full-time Montana Licensed Customer Service Representative will manage 65-80 inbound and outbound calls daily, assist with patient inquiries, and resolve complaints while working remotely from Montana. Key responsibilities Answer phones and respond to inquiries from patients and medical facilities Make outbound calls to discuss patient balances and financial assistance options Utilize Epic to efficiently address patient questions and route calls to appropriate departments Required qualifications Six months of experience in a fast-paced customer service environment Six months of experience using a computer with proficiency and accuracy High School Diploma or Equivalent (preferred) Prior experience with medical and billing terminology (preferred) Prior work experience in healthcare (preferred)
