• Perform high-volume financial data entry tasks
• Assist with Accounts Payable including invoice entry
• Maintain and update Excel spreadsheets and financial records
• Support bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks
• Organize and manage financial documentation accurately
• Assist the accounting team with daily administrative tasks
• Ensure accuracy and consistency in financial reporting

• Some exposure to bookkeeping, accounting, or data entry preferred
• Basic understanding of Microsoft Excel
• Familiarity with QuickBooks is a plus
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Reliable, organized, and willing to learn
