Director, FP&A

A growing organization in the Westerville area is looking to bring in a Director-level FP&A leader to help shape financial strategy during a period of continued expansion. This role sits at the intersection of finance and operations, with a strong emphasis on turning data into insight. You’ll be partnering across the business—supporting leadership with forecasting, modeling, and decision-making, while also helping refine how financial planning is approached long-term. There’s a blend of hands-on work and leadership here. You’ll have visibility into key initiatives, influence how performance is measured, and help establish a more forward-looking, analytical finance function. A few things this role will own:

• Leading the budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning process
• Building and refining financial models to support strategic initiatives
• Providing actionable insights to senior leadership and business partners
• Enhancing reporting, KPIs, and overall financial visibility
• Developing and mentoring a small FP&A team What tends to translate well:
