Remote CFO for PE-Backed Global Services: Exit-Ready

Urrly is looking for a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead their private equity-backed global services platform focused on healthcare and life sciences. This executive role involves steering finance through post-merger integration, building reporting systems, and supporting future acquisitions. The ideal candidate has senior finance leadership experience in PE-backed companies and will play a crucial role in value creation. This is a remote position with some travel required, and compensation includes a total cash package of about $400K, including bonus and equity opportunities.
