About the Role The Company is on the lookout for a dynamic and experienced Vice President of Finance & Accounting to become a crucial part of our Finance leadership team. In this senior role, you will take charge of our accounting operations, overseeing the preparation of financial statements and ensuring adherence to GAAP. Your expertise will be instrumental in steering the accounting function while collaborating closely with the CFO on both strategic and operational finance initiatives. Key responsibilities include:

• Owning the financial accounting processes and aligning them with best practices.
• Serving as the U.S. GAAP subject matter expert.
• Ensuring the integrity of financial data through robust internal controls.
• Leading, mentoring, and developing a high-performing accounting team.
• Managing tax, audit, and compliance activities with precision.
• Overseeing M&A due diligence and integration, ideally within a private equity-backed organization. Ideal candidates will hold a Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related discipline, alongside extensive leadership experience in accounting. You should possess advanced knowledge of financial reporting systems and showcase exceptional communication skills, with the ability to convey complex financial information in an accessible manner.
