We are currently seeking a talented and experienced Construction Project Coordinator to join our team of professionals. • Serve as the primary liaison between City officials, project owners, and contractors to facilitate clear communication and issue resolution.
• Coordinate and, when needed, lad project kickoff meetings with municipalities, owners, contractors, subcontractors, threshold inspectors, and special inspectors.
• Organize and coordinate onsite kickoff meetings with all required stakeholders and internal staff.
• Notify engineering teams and inspection departments of project start and end milestones, including Threshold and Engineer Oversight requirement.
• Act as a central point of contact for clients, providing guidance on inspections, permitting processes, plan submissions, and internal procedures within scope.
• Coordinate meetings requested by owners or contractors post permit issuance, ensuring appropriate internal teams are included (inspectors, plan reviewers, expeditors, and management).
