Financial Analyst Assistant

As a Financial Analyst Assistant, you will support financial oversight activities and collaborate closely with operational teams to help drive the company's continued success.

As a Financial Analyst Assistant, you will support financial operations across multiple business units by assisting with reporting, analysis, and accounting processes. This role focuses on delivering accurate financial insights, strengthening partnerships with operational teams, and contributing to process improvements.

• Support month-end financial close activities and prepare financial reports for assigned operational units as a Financial Analyst Assistant
• Assist with reconciling general ledger accounts and resolving discrepancies
• Analyze and communicate significant variances related to budgets and forecasts
• Prepare rolling three-month financial forecasts on a monthly basis
• Review and analyze rate-related data and report findings
• Present financial information to business partners in a clear and actionable format
• Assist with the transfer and consolidation of accounting data between corporate and field operations
• Support quarterly reviews and compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley requirements
• Participate in the annual budgeting and planning process
• Assist with training non-finance personnel on internal controls, accounting procedures, and financial statement review
• Travel occasionally, with potential relocation opportunities

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field
• One to three years of accounting experience
• Experience supporting budgeting and financial analysis activities
• Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills

• At least two years of public accounting experience

• Annual salary range of $85,000 to $110,000
• Bonus eligibility ranging from 0% to 10%
