• Pay plan up to 23.5% for proven producers
• $5,000 sign-on bonus for qualified top performers
• $2,000 minimum PVR expectation
• 60%+ VSC penetration with $2,000+ PVR performance
• Proven ability to maximize F&I product performance while maintaining full compliance
• CDK and Dealertrack experience preferred
