In this pivotal role, you will take charge of establishing, operating, and scaling our end-to-end AI engineering and platform capabilities, with an emphasis on creating reusable architecture and scalable execution systems. Your strong expertise in software and platform engineering, coupled with a solid background in AI, ML, and GenAI, will empower you to redefine engineering productivity and champion the integration of AI-assisted and agent-based development methodologies.

As the Director of Applied AI, you will lead the establishment of a modern AI-native execution layer, operationalizing AI-driven decision-making and workflows, while incorporating intelligent automation, including RPA, into the broader AI infrastructure. A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is required, while an advanced degree is preferred, along with a minimum of 15 years of experience in technology leadership roles. Your technical and strategic insights into AI engineering, platform architecture, and modern software systems will be crucial in navigating the transformation of engineering practices.

Experience in regulated sectors like healthcare or life sciences would be advantageous. In addition to your technical prowess, your leadership acumen will play a vital role in guiding talent and organizational strategies, managing our ecosystem of engineering and platform partners, and driving our comprehensive AI strategy. Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills are essential as you balance speed, quality, cost efficiency, and regulatory compliance in a fast-paced and evolving landscape.
