Responsibilities
  • Lead and mentor Software Engineering Managers and engineering teams.
  • Define long-term engineering strategy and technical roadmap.
  • Drive software architecture and technology decisions.
  • Build scalable, reliable, and high-performance distributed systems.
  • Collaborate with Product Management on product vision and execution.
  • Promote engineering best practices, code quality, and testing standards.
  • Monitor delivery metrics and engineering performance.
  • Recruit, coach, and develop engineering talent.
  • Foster a culture of innovation, ownership, and continuous improvement.
  • Communicate technical strategy and project updates to senior leadership.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
  • 15+ years of software engineering experience.
  • 5+ years managing engineering managers and large technical teams.
  • Extensive hands-on experience with Java, JavaScript, and Full Stack development.
  • Strong expertise in distributed systems, cloud platforms, and scalable architectures.
  • Experience delivering products from concept through production.
  • Deep knowledge of Agile methodologies, SDLC, and DevOps practices.
  • Strong foundation in data structures, algorithms, and system design.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, stakeholder management, and coaching skills.
