Position: LIHTC Property Accountant | Impactful Housing Finance
Bear Real Estate Group is seeking a Property Accountant to manage full-cycle accounting and financial reporting for a portfolio of residential and LIHTC properties. You will ensure timely, accurate statements and partner with Property Management and Operations to support month‑end close.
Key duties include monthly and annual statements, reconciliations, journal entries, LIHTC compliance, audit support, and reporting to ownership.
