Timeline:

The internship program will run from Monday, June 7th, 2027, to Friday, August 13th, 2027.

Our investment professional roles are open from July 17-August 14, 2026. All other remaining roles will open on September 1st. Within our Equity business, opportunities exist within our Asset Management and Acquisitions teams:

• Acquisitions (Transactions) – Acquisitions analysts will be a part of a small team responsible for the sourcing, underwriting, financial modeling, and due diligence for new acquisitions on behalf of all PGIM Real Estate's portfolios. Build cash flow and waterfall models, Investment Committee books, sensitivity tables, rent roll analyses, comparable property sets, and other financial analyses required to evaluate, pursue, and explain acquisition/development opportunities.
• Asset Management – Collaborate with partners, consultants, property managers and leasing brokers to manage a portfolio of operating assets, development projects, and/or repositioning projects across the risk spectrum. Drive asset performance through the execution of leasing, operational, financing, and disposition strategies.

Responsibilities may include but are not limited to:

• Support the asset management team in overseeing a diverse portfolio of real estate assets, including those in pre-development and development stages. Assist with communication and coordination among property managers, partners, and brokers.
