Senior Accounting Leadership Professional, Resource Solutions Group

Resource Solutions Group is partnering with a large, established organization to identify accounting leaders for multiple high-impact opportunities supporting a growing restaurant business in Metro Atlanta.

The scope spans financial reporting, close and internal controls, process improvement, systems transformation, team leadership, franchise operations, and cross-functional partnership. Each leadership mandate will be aligned with the individual’s experience, allowing us to consider accomplished professionals across several levels of accounting leadership.

The professionals who succeed in this environment bring hands-on restaurant accounting experience and operate as self-directed, business-focused leaders. They can manage competing priorities, develop strong teams, and bring clarity to a large organization with many moving pieces.

• 7+ years of progressive accounting and finance experience
• Active CPA license
• Restaurant or food-service accounting experience
• Demonstrated success within a large, complex organization
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting, close processes, and internal controls
• Experience leading and developing accounting teams, including remote employees
• Ability to assess challenges quickly and drive effective solutions
• Strong communication skills across Operations, Finance, executive leadership, and other key stakeholders
• Public accounting experience preferred
• NetSuite, Oracle, or systems transformation experience is a plus

• Bachelor’s degree required
• Active CPA license required
