What You'll Be Doining
- Manage corporate entities, registrations, annual filings, and compliance across multiple states
- Oversee liquor licenses, business licenses, and regulatory renewals
- Support acquisitions, new business openings, and corporate transactions
- Partner with executive leadership while providing high-level Executive Assistant support
- Utilize AI and automation tools to streamline compliance, document management, and renewal processes
- Collaborate with legal, finance, operations, HR, and outside counsel to ensure timely compliance
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years of corporate compliance, licensing, or regulatory filing experience
- Paralegal certificate, degree, or equivalent corporate/legal compliance experience
- Hospitality, restaurant, alcohol beverage, franchise, or multi-state real estate experience is highly preferred
- Experience with Secretary of State filings, corporate entity maintenance, and business licensing
- Familiarity with alcohol beverage (ABC) licensing is a plus
- Experience supporting C-suite executives or senior leadership
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, SharePoint, and online state/county filing systems
- Experience leveraging AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot, or automation platforms like Power Automate or Zapier
- Outstanding organizational, communication, and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
