Location: Germantown, WI Schedule: Full-time, onsite (potential hybrid flexibility later in the assignment) Duration: Temporary for 2-3 months and potential for temp to hire if desired We're seeking a detail-oriented Supply Chain Analyst for our manufacturing client in Germantown. This role will focus on purchase order processing, supplier communication, ERP data entry, and ensuring purchasing information is accurate and up to date. It's an excellent opportunity for someone with purchasing, supply chain, or manufacturing support experience who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities
- Create and process purchase orders within the ERP system
- Enter, update, and maintain purchasing and supplier information
- Process supplier emails and update purchase order acknowledgements
- Follow up with suppliers regarding order status, delivery dates, and outstanding items
- Assist with Kanban card processing and other purchasing activities
- Ensure accurate and timely data entry while maintaining ERP data integrity
- Communicate effectively with internal teams and external suppliers to resolve issues Qualifications
- Previous experience in purchasing, procurement, supply chain, customer service, or manufacturing support
- Experience creating or processing purchase orders
- Strong data entry skills with exceptional attention to detail
- Excellent organizational, communication, and follow-up skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
- Experience with manufacturing ERP systems is preferred
- Experience with IQMS (DELMIAWorks) is a strong plus but not required
Pay
$60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year Work Location: In person
