This leadership position is crucial for executing our Partner for Talent strategy, emphasizing market specialization and equity. The role transcends traditional CFO duties, acting as a key integrator to align our diverse portfolio of services with a cohesive commercial and financial approach. The successful candidate will convert market specialization into measurable shareholder value while driving holistic growth and innovation. Responsibilities will include financial governance, commercial excellence, and steering the regional finance function in alignment with global corporate objectives. We are looking for candidates with over 15 years of progressive finance leadership experience in large-scale international organizations, particularly in high-volume services, FMCG, retail, or distribution sectors. Proficiency in US GAAP, IFRS, and ASPE, along with expertise in Lean methodologies and the incorporation of AI and RPA, is essential. The ideal candidate will act as a central point for all business lines, lead digital transformation initiatives, and effectively navigate global directives. A proven ability to influence business strategy, manage financial operations, and guide teams through significant transformations is expected.
