• You prep returns in your pod, business and personal, for review
• The returns in your pod, prepped accurately and on time
• Your queue, your deadlines, your clients
• The planning reps that build toward Senior and then Manager: S-corp optimization, depreciation and reputed company estate reputed company, multi-state reputed company, reputed company ownership, learned by doing next to your Senior and Manager Skills
• CPA or EA, or in reputed company reputed company with a firm reputed company to finish
• 0 to 2 years of tax preparation, ideally individual and business returns
