- Previous lead generation experience required
- Previous appointment setting or outbound sales experience preferred
- Customer service or inbound sales experience preferred
- CRM experience required
- HubSpot experience preferred
- Experience researching prospective clients online
- Strong verbal and written English communication
- Native or near-native English communication required
- Experience conducting outbound email campaigns
- Experience with LinkedIn outreach and prospecting
- Experience supporting sales pipeline development preferred
- Experience working with luxury brands, luxury travel, or other high-ticket services is a plus
