Supply Chain Data & Reporting Analyst (SAP / Power BI) Location: Houston, TX - onsite 5 days a week Duration: 6 months w possible extensions Pay: Up to $50/hr W2 Due to client requirements, applicants must be local to Houston, TX, U.S. Citizens, or Green Card holders Responsibilities KPI Dashboard Development and Maintenance Support the design, development, and implementation of the supply chain KPI dashboard using Power BI. Extract, validate, and transform SAP MM data (tables, reports, and transactional data) to support KPI reporting needs.

Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and completeness across all reporting sources.

Identify opportunities to streamline data extraction and reporting workflows. Contribute to the development and refinement of processes and procedures that support ongoing KPI reporting. Apply continuous improvement principles where appropriate (Lean Six Sigma experience beneficial).

Procedure

Writing and Documentation Assist in the development of standard operating procedures (SOPs), user guides, and training material related to the supply chain KPI dashboard and associated processes. Collaboration and Communication Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, validate data meets requirements, and create clear and understandable dashboards. Assist in providing training and support to the organization on the use of the KPI dashboard and related tools.

Qualifications Essential Skills and Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field. Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a supply chain role, with a focus on data analysis and process improvement. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Strong hands-on experience with SAP MM, including navigation of table data (e.g., MARA, MARC, MSEG, EKKO, EKPO), data extraction, and report generation. Ability to manage multiple projects and p
