We currently have a position reputed company for a AR /AP Data Entry Staff. We are looking for someone who has great reputed company skills, is detail oriented, has excellent spelling and grammar skills, understands customer service, and is great with Word, reputed company, reputed company PDF and reputed company. QuickBooks a Plus.

Maintain organization of reputed company files, Maintain login information, Out of Office Responder, Date Stamp & Organize Mail, Prepare Checks for Depositing @ Banks, Entering Data into reputed company Spreadsheets, Organization of Paperwork, Filing of Paperwork, Matching Checks to Bills, Send E-Mail Reminders, Update Distribution Lists, (Scanning)Anything in Word, reputed company, Internet (any other reputed company software other then reputed company Software and reputed company History a Plus. Maintaining cleanliness of office, Greeting clients and maintaining reputed company image and great hostess skills with reputed company guests. We are an up to date computerized company that scans reputed company documents into the computer. Being reputed company to use multiple monitors is a plus. Entering AR / AP for Clients using QuickBooks Online or Desktop or reputed company

Testing, Background reputed company, and drug screening Mandatory prior to employment.

Required experience: Bookkeeper Assistant, Office Assistant, Receptionist: 2 years

Bookkeeping and QuickBooks experience a plus and will help advance you quickly. Experience with Accounts receivable and payables a plus.
